Normally in the Internet Court of Law (ICL), the normal rules of speech and debate (such as logical fallacies) are more suggestions than rules. However, to successfully make a case in the ICL, there are a few things you must know. - Godwin's Law is in full effect here. If you compare an opponent to Hitler, call them fascist, call them oppressive, or use other similar rhetoric, you automatically forfeit.
- Being triggered, hurt, or otherwise offended does not count as a debate point, and will automatically be overruled as irrelevant.
- Vague smugness does not count as an argument.
- Memes do not count as arguments.
- Reaction images do not count as arguments.
Your argument posts may contain a sense of humor (in fact, that is preferred), but you do have to be making a point. If you have questions or comments on the argument laws, you may post them below.

Does someone have the right to choose not to argue if they would like to admit guilt?

You can choose to not argue, however I would not recommend it. Also, as a defendant or a plaintiff, an ICL lawyer will probably be doing the argument for you. You may object if you see fit, but the Lawyers know more about the ICL court and can better make an argument to fit the Court Bylaws. But since nobody has pressed charges against you yet, that is no matter.
